At present yes, online orders are continuing and delivery times are almost back to normal with our couriers. We are in constant contact with our delivery partners An Post and our special couriers and so far they have been able to continue but service turnarounds of around 4-5 days are the normal with An Post etc. However, please note this can change extremely quickly during this unprecedented time.

An Post can no longer offer up to 3 delivery attempts for eCommerce customers. An Post will attempt to deliver customers parcels once, and will attempt to find a safe place at the customer’s home. If the parcel cannot be delivered it will be stored free of charge in the local Delivery Service Unit for customers to collect.

To mitigate against any risk of the spread of Covid19, An Post delivery operatives will not be handing the scanner to the customer to capture proof of delivery or ask the customer to sign for delivery of any item (parcel, registered mail or express) The postal delivery operative, can sign for the customer, once they are in the presence of the customer.
