Where is my pre-ordered product?

Pre-order products are arriving into our store each day and we are dispatching them promptly as they arrive.

If you’ve ordered more than one pre-order product, we will dispatch each product to you as it arrives into our store, so that you are not left waiting on all products from your order to arrive before we dispatch them to you. We will send a confirmation email to you when all items from your order have been dispatched. If there are any issues with your order we’ll be in touch.

Please note that arrival dates are estimated based on the latest accurate shipping information we receive – these dates are subject to change which is unfortunately out of our control at this time.

However, we will offer you a full refund should you wish to change your mind at any stage prior to delivery – this can be actioned by emailing [email protected]ie

What are the delivery charges for orders for McD's?

We offer free shipping when you spend over €75 on a standard delivery item. Items under €75 will be charged at our standard rate of €6.95. Please note some items require extra handling and will incur higher charges. Please visit our  Delivery & Returns for a full breakdown of costs.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery normally takes between 2-5 working days. Please note all delivery times is subject to change due to external factors such as busy periods with our couriers.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email title ‘Your McD’s order has been received!’.

Please check your spam folder for this message & if it seems you still have not received it, get in touch with us at [email protected].

From there our team will source your item, package it and ship it.

At shipping stage you will receive a further update via email that your order has left McD’s and is with our couriers. From there, our couriers will be in touch directly with you regarding delivery dates and tracking codes. 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payments via all major credit cards. This is handled by stripe, the world leaders in online payments. We also accept payment through  Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer Humm Financing options with flexible repayments. This is handled individually by Humm . You will need to apply online through here for a flexible payment option. 

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop?

We work with only the safest and most secure payment providers in the marketplace.  McD’s do not handle any credit information.
