HOW MUCH WILL MY SHIPPING COSTS BE?

Standard shipping charge – €6.95

For products under 25kg, a standard delivery charge of €6.95 is applicable for deliveries within Ireland. 

Free Delivery Nationwide when you spend €75 or more

Free delivery Nationwide when you spend €75 or more on standard items.  This offer excludes bulky items.

Bulky items shipping charge – €6.95

Products labelled as “bulky” items will incur a delivery charge of €6.95.  Should you purchase multiple bulky items, the delivery charge that will apply are detailed in “multi-buy shipment charges” below.

Multi-buy shipment charges

If you order multiple items, the following delivery charges will apply:

  • Standard items/one parcel – €6.95
  • Two parcels – €9.95
  • Three parcels – €12.95
  • Four or more parcels – €14.95

Heavy items – weight in excess of 25kg

If you order a product weighing more than 25kg, the item will be shipped via a pallet which will incur a shipping charge of €24.95.  Please note heavy items are aimed to be delivered within 5-10 working days of placing your order.

Garden Furniture shipment charges
If you purchase a medium set of garden furniture, the shipment charge will be €24.95.  If you purchase a large set of garden furniture, the shipment charge will be €39.95

Mainland Britain Delivery

Due to Brexit, we are temporarily not delivering to mainland Britain – this may change soon. Further updates to follow.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Standard items are aimed to be delivered within 3-7 working days of placing your order.  Our delivery partners DPD and An Post will aim to deliver your order within the specified times frames. However, in busy periods such as Christmas, they may encounter slight delays which is beyond our control.

 

Non standard items that require a pallet delivery require a special courier and are aimed to be delivered within 5-10 working days of placing your order.

WHAT TIME OF DAY WILL I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?

Orders are delivered between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. For your convenience, we can deliver your order to your work address. Therefore, when ordering please enter your work address. If applicable, include the company name.

Can I get a tracking code to track my order?

Please check your emails. An Post & DPD send notifications directly to your email. It will have a title for instance like An Post Delivery Notification for tracking item CE 946297576 IE. For bulkier items, we sometimes use other couriers who don’t offer tracking codes. Our couriers will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

WHY HAS MY ORDER NOT BEEN DELIVERED AND RETURNED TO MCD'S?

The most common reason is that our delivery carrier attempted delivery and was unable to obtain a signature. If this happens, please contact us at [email protected] and we will track your order immediately.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS

If you believe you received the wrong items in your parcel, please email [email protected] and we will investigate further.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver to 32 counties in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We also deliver a selection of products to mainland Britain.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE / TIME WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?

Currently, you cannot request a specific delivery date or time when you place your order with us however when you get a notification from our couriers like An Post or DPD, you will receive a tracking email/text which you can manage your delivery times directly with them. We have no control of their schedules and delivery dates.
