An estimated time of delivery is based on the latest accurate shipping information received – these dates are subject to change which is unfortunately out of our control. In the event of a delay arising and the estimated shipment date is not met, McD’s will provide a full refund at the customer’s request prior to dispatch. Requests for pre-order cancellations should be emailed to [email protected] . Once the product arrives into stock, our team will begin the dispatch process as soon as reasonably practical.
