Fast Delivery
Items take 2-3 days from the moment they are dispatched. You will recieve a notification from us once the item has been handed to our couriers. From there you should receive a notification from An Post with a tracking code once they book it into their system. To ensure swift delivery please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address you specify. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.) may delay your order. For further details on delivery and returns policy please see here
ReturnsÂ
McD’s is committed to selling high-quality products but we also know there may be times when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought. We will willingly refund or offer an exchange on any unused product returned within 14 days of the date on the receipt of your order, provided you can show us your dispatch note and/or receipt and the product is in a reasonable, re-saleable condition, with its original materials, manuals and accessories intact. Please note customers will be bearable for cost and logistics. In matters were we are at fault for a defective product, we will refund cost of shipping.
Returns of orders through An Post are facilitated through returnmyshopping.ie.  We are listed on their website. An Post can arrange collection to your door.
